In recent years, he has dedicated to collaborative innovation and designing strategies for the transformation of current health systems. In addition, he has offered consultancies in health management for Latin America and the Middle East.

In his search for innovative solutions of value for the health sector, he led and founded The H. I. V. E, an applied innovation center of the Austral University Hospital, where he was also director of Innovation and Change Management.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences of the Austral University and of the internal medicine residency of the Austral University Hospital. In addition, he holds a Master in Business Administration from the IAE Business School.

He has extensive experience in ERP (SAP) implementation processes, business intelligence, management tools.

He has been in charge of ERP implementation projects for national and multinational companies and the public sector. Pascual holds a master's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Escuela de Alta Dirección Administrativa (EADA) in Barcelona, Spain.

He has held management positions in the areas of Marketing, Distribution Channels, Customer Services and Human Resources in various multinational companies.

She has experience as a Business Consultant and Executive Coach for global and local companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising from APEC University and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. (Magna Cum Laude). Masters in Service Management & Innovation from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Marketing at INTEC.

Gricely Maria Pozo Rosa is the administrative director of medical services at the Medical Center for Diabetes, Obesity and Specialties (CEMDOE for its acronym in Spanish). He studied Medicine at the Technological University of Santiago (UTESA for its acronym in Spanish).

She has trained to strengthen knowledge in her area in the Dominican Republic and abroad. She completed a Master's degree in Hospital Management in Madrid, Spain. In addition, a Master's degree in Modern Health Management at the Catholic University of Santo Domingo and a Master's degree in Critical Illness and Emergencies at the University of Barcelona.

She has acquired vast experience in the health sector, after being ProMed Dominicana, Sensa Healthcare, Municipal Hospital of Engombe, and Municipal Hospital Dr. Jacinto Manon. In addition, she worked at the General Hospital of Plaza de la Salud, the Advanced Medicine and Telemedicine Diagnostic Center (CEDIMAT for its acronym in Spanish), the Dr. Reynaldo Almánzar Maternal Hospital and the Abreu Clinic.

Since 2010 she is an instructor of the Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support programs of the American Heart Association at the Iberoamericana University (UNIBE for its acronym in Spanish). He is also a professor of Critical and Emergency Medicine and Social Medicine at Utesa.

In addition, she has participated as a facilitator of workshops, seminars and conferences at the University of Barcelona, Spain; in Cancun, Mexico; Washington DC, the United States, and the Dominican Republic.

She has vast experience developing in highly corporate institutions, with a focus on strategic planning and management reports, demonstrating ability to streamline operations and being part of its board of directors.

She has a degree in Finance, and she graduated from the National School of Administration and Public Finance (ENAHP). She has an Executive Master in Business Administration from Barna Management School in Santo Domingo. She has studied economics at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV).

She has more than 10 years of experience developing high-impact roles in the areas of Marketing, Communications and Institutional Relations in various sectors at a national level, including health, telecommunications, technology, among others.

Specialized in Corporate Communication at the EAE in Barcelona, she also has a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the prestigious Barna Management School through a scholarship program for students of academic excellence and professional development.

He has 19 years of international experience in the areas of value construction, sales, marketing and transformation in the mass consumption, FMCG, services and insurance sectors.
